Will has a diverse experience with various levels in organisations as Agile Coach and Enterprise Agile Coach. He has a history in Lean and Agile being one of the few Agile Coaches with the prestigious IC Agile ICE-AC experience based certification (Expert in Agile Coaching). This designation means that coaching, team coaching, training, mentoring and facilitation is offered at world class level as certified by IC Agile

As Enterprise Agile Coach, he trains and mentors leaders and teams while facilitating team and large-scale engagements within organisations. He has experience in delivering and building leadership development programmes in the form of Group Coaching and online learning to support a range of organizational and leadership needs that compliment coaching, leadership development and organizational transition
